About Ghraas Program

The Ghraas Graduate Development Program is a flagship initiative by the Department of Finance (DOF), Abu Dhabi, designed to attract, develop, and empower talented UAE Nationals to become the next generation of finance professionals and leaders.The program provides a comprehensive learning journey that blends classroom-based learning, professional qualifications, and on-the-job training to ensure graduates are fully prepared for successful careers in public finance.

Ghraas focuses on three key phases:

Professional Upskilling Journey

A structured learning pathway featuring specialized training modules under selected core themes. Participants also undertake assessments, e-learning modules, and capstone projects to apply their learning in real-world contexts.

Professional Qualification Phase

Candidates receive training and guidance to achieve globally recognized certifications such as CFA, CMA, or CPA, aligning with their career pathways.

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Participants gain practical experience by working within DOF functions, contributing to key projects, and being mentored by senior professionals to strengthen their technical and behavioral competencies.
